Henna is a great way to substitute nail polish and it is fun to do and as long as you get the natural red henna, it is also natural. I use henna as nail and hair coloring.

Essential oils are literally the most amazing discovery I have made in the past few years! Ive replaced my perfume, air freshners, bath oils, shampoo, scalp treatments, etc., all with essentials oils! They really do some amazing things for you as well! I put lavender behind my ears and on my wrists to help with anxiety and to help me fall asleep at night! Awesome article Jenn, definitely something for people to think about when purchasing products.

Thanks Sarah! I love them too! They have SO many uses and are much more safe and effective than medicines, etc. like you said.

I hoped to spark a bit of inspiration or at the very least to confirm how important label reading is.

Fantastic information! I think the mass population has come to rely so heavily on products pushed by the media that they don’t even realize there are options that are cheaper, cleaner, safer and all around better for you and the environment.
Thank you for the great article!

Exactly Lauren! Thank you. I kind of have a rule: if it has to have a commercial, I probably don’t want to buy/ support it. Any necessary/safe products don’t need to be pushed by media.
