    Wonderful article! At our household, when we had a child we thought was allergic to soy, we switched to coconut oil. I actually was able to find it as a butter commercially, and it was such a wonderful substitute, it was all we used for a long time. It cooks so well, and adds only a touch of sweetness, perfect for a kid! I endorse giving it a try!
