    We would do colloidal silver, steam baths, and vapor rub. If you baby is congested, cupping your hand and patting them on the upper back when you are doing a steam bath really helps break up any mucous. I was never able to breastfeed my children, but when they were sick i would water down their goat milk or formula to help lessen the mucous. Great article by the way! 🙂
